 KUNA B Y ALPACA 111 FOR WHOLESALE ONLY:
The Kuna by Alpaca 111 collection, or part of it, is sold at wholesale prices to an exclusive group of clients. This collection is directed to boutiques or stores that sell items directly to the public. Kuna by Alpaca 111 does not grant representations, or franchises and will not pay commissions on sales..
 
 MANDATORY USE OF KUNA BY ALPACA111 BRAND NAME:
Kuna by Alpaca 111 products sold on a wholesale basis, cannot be commercialized to third parties with a different name tag or brand name other than the Kuna by Alpaca 111. This is an essential condition in order to establish commercial relationships with potential wholesale customers.
   
 MINIMUMS:
Wholesale prices for the Kuna by Alpaca 111 collection apply only for orders of more than US$ 1,000.00. Prices are FCA, only includes cost of garment. Cost of freight & insurance, will be given once merchandise is packed and weighted.
 
 TIMMING & DELIVERY
Order confirmation will be communicated within 48 hours after receiving your order. Merchandise will be shipped within 15 days after the order has been confirmed and shipment advice will be sent by our Export Dept. giving details of  the dispatch.
 
 SHIPPING OPTIONS:
We suggest to use a courier on a door to door service for orders under 60 kilos approx. and for heavier weight, it is better to use an airline which will arrive to the closest airport of clientīs address. Here client must use a service of an established broker. Kuna by Alpaca 111 will assist clients with the various options available for shipping and customs procedures. Duties, taxes and customīs fee must be assumed by client.
 
 PAYMENT TERMS:
All orders must be fully paid in advance. Payment can be done online using a Visa credit card or a money transfer through your local bank. Letter of credit might be required for certain operations, depending on the order. All payments must be done or confirmed prior to the merchandise dispatch.
 
 GUARANTEE AND RETURNS:
All Kuna by Alpaca 111 garments are 100% guaranteed.  If the merchandise arrives to destination with one of the following defects, it will be exchanged immediately:
    1. Merchandise with factory defects.
    2. Size or color different than ordered.
    3. Stains or visible dirtiness

In order to exchange merchandise, clients must communicate Kuna by Alpaca 111 the problem found, via e-mail, fax or telephone, within ten days of having received the goods.  The defective merchandise must be packed in its original packing, but it is a need that customers must contact Kuna by Alpaca 111 for shipping instructions.

 
 SAMPLES:
Kuna by Alpaca 111 wholesale clients may order one sample of each piece of our collection at wholesale prices. Clients must pay for freight and taxes.
 
 EXCLUSIVITY AND DISCOUNTS:
Kuna by Alpaca 111 may give exclusivity for certain geographical zones to clients who have acquired over US$ 50,000 in merchandise the previous year. A 5% discount will apply for clients who have purchased over $20,000 and a 10% for purchases over $ 50,000. These will be applied for our next collection.
 
 PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL:
All products of Kuna by Alpaca 111 sold on a wholesale basis will have packing bags or boxes depending on the kind of product. We can also send with the shipment brochures about South American Camelids and Care Instructions, as per clientīs request and depending on the volume of the purchase, we could send a brand catalogue, promotional items and can also develop any publicity arts that client may require.
